Starting in July "Online Courses" will switch to a convenient and transparent Subscription Model.

Everything you’re used to will remain — but managing participants will now be more flexible, simpler, and, most importantly, more cost-effective.
In this article, you’ll find everything you need to know about the new subscription.

📦 What Is the Subscription Model and Why Is It Better?

Previously, you paid separately for adding each student.
With the new subscription, you choose a plan with a fixed number of active participants.

  • Active students are those marked as “Active” in a specific online course.

  • If a student has completed the course or is no longer participating, you can deactivate them.

  • Their slot in the plan will be freed up within 24 hours.

  • You can then easily add a new student at no additional cost.


Why Is This Convenient?

  • Flexibility – run multiple course cohorts under the same plan.

  • Ease of use – activate and deactivate students in just a few clicks.

  • Efficiency – pay only for currently active participants, not for everyone you’ve ever added.

  • Archived students don’t count toward your subscription limit.

  • Full access remains: You can view their history, track progress, and activate or deactivate them at any time.

This is our way of ensuring your convenience and continuity.

  • For Standard users: $12/month for 100 active students ($0.12 per student).

  • For Pro users: $48/month for 300 active students.

💬 How do I deactivate a student?

In the student’s profile, set the status to Inactive.
Their spot in the plan will be freed up automatically within 24 hours.
Changed your mind? Just switch the status back to Active — the countdown will be reset instantly.

💬 Can I run multiple course cohorts with the same subscription?
