This template allows you to create sets of words that can be added to your students' personal dictionaries.
In the settings, you can enable multilanguage translation, which lets you add translations in various languages. The translation language displayed to your students in virtual classrooms will depend on the native language they specified in their profiles.
If you want to enable the pronunciation feature, you can select the desired pronunciation from the list. Please note that the text-to-speech feature is provided by Amazon translate, and we cannot modify its output in any way.
To create a new word entry, enter the word or phrase on the left and its translation or definition on the right. You can add more entries by clicking the "Add a new word" button, and you can rearrange the order of entries by clicking and holding the "=" icon on the left and dragging it to the desired position. You can add up to 50 words.
Pro tips:
You can quickly import words from third-party apps by organizing them into a two-column table in programs such as Microsoft Word or Excel, or by creating a list separated by the Tab key. Select all entries, copy, and paste them into the first field. The system will automatically distribute the entries.
If you need to add more than 50 entries, you can create another Wordlist exercise.
