Full White Label is a solution that allows a school to use our platform, which will appear as your own website. There are no signs of Edvibe. This way, your teachers and students will have the impression that it is your school's own development.

✅ The Edvibe platform opens directly on your school's website.

✅ In all classes, the Edvibe logo is replaced with your school's logo, including the favicon in the browser tab.

✅ All system notifications sent to teachers and students via email come with your school's logo and signature.

✅ You can integrate chats from Intercom, LiveChat, JivoSite, or any other resource as a widget on our website to communicate with students and teachers.

✅ It doesn't matter which engine your website is built on, the platform will open on your school's website and be fully supported by Edvibe servers.

❗ Having your own website is not necessary to use this service!

Activate the Branding plan, then go to the profile settings in the "Promotion" section and activate the "White Label" module: first month of use ($60/month).

A fee of $60 will be deducted from the school’s balance every month for using branding.

If your school doesn't have its own domain for students to access classes, you need to create one.

If you already have your own domain and you use it already for you website, you need to register a subdomain to host the platform for classes. You can link your school's website and the platform for classes using a login button on the website that leads to the subdomain.

❗ The FWL feature only works when accessing the domain/subdomain created following these instructions.

✅ Step 1. Follow the instructions provided by the sales department to add a CNAME or TXT record in your domain registrar’s control panel. The specific record you need to add will be detailed in the instructions from the specialists.

Once you have created the record, inform your manager for verification.

Step 1 can be completed at any time and takes about 10 minutes.

✅ Step 2. After an employee confirms that the verification was successful, you need to change the A record for the main domain/subdomain.

Step 2 is best performed outside of school working hours. The platform may be temporarily unavailable while DNS records are updated (about 5 minutes).

Detailed instructions with individual values for resource records should be obtained from the support team.

Important

❗️ Configuration of resource records should be carried out by the school's specialist or the provider's technical support in the school's domain registrar control panel.

❗️ Incorrect configuration of the A resource record in Step 2 could lead to platform inaccessibility. In such a case, revert to the previous A record values and recheck platform functionality after 5 to 10 minutes.

After setting up Full White Label, you can independently upload your logo and specify the school name in the settings of the administrative account.

You need to send all the files in one email to Sales@edvibe.com with the subject "FWL + [your school's name].":

❗ You will receive an email from Amazon. You will need to confirm your email address within 24 hours after receiving the email. To confirm, click the link inside the message.

The request and all data must be provided on Monday.

The setup will be completed on Thursday afternoon.
