What happens if I need to change my rota?

If you are unable to attend a package for whatever reason you (or, in exceptional circumstances, someone on your behalf) must notify the company as soon as possible. For non-emergency situations we require 2 weeks notice for a change in schedule, so that we can mitigate any potential handover problems between carers.

You can change your schedule either by calling 020 3970 9900 or emailing work@edyn.care. If you do not give adequate notice you will be subject to our disciplinary policy and procedure.
