What happens after I provide my reference details?
Once you've provided your referees' contact details, our Recruitment Team will contact them by email to request your references.
To help avoid delays:
Let your referees know: Please tell them to expect an email from edyn.care so they know to look out for our request.
Check their spam folder: Ask them to check their junk or spam folder in case our email lands there.
Provide details promptly: The sooner you share your referees' contact details, the sooner we can contact them and progress your onboarding.
What happens next?
While we're waiting for your references, we'll also review your employment history to make sure it's complete and that there are no unexplained gaps.
Please ensure you provide your full employment history and explain any periods when you weren't working. This helps us complete your onboarding checks as smoothly as possible.
