How do I report additional hours worked that fall outside of my daily average hours and were not pre-agreed within the care plan?

If you've worked additional hours that were not part of your daily average hours and were not previously agreed upon within the care plan, you can report these hours through our designated Typeform. Here’s how to do it:

  • Access the Form: You will find a link to the Typeform in your edyn.care account in the forms section or by clicking HERE. This form is specifically designed for reporting additional hours worked.

  • Fill in the Details: On the form, you'll be prompted to enter:

    • The date and time you worked the additional hours.

    • The duration of the additional work.

    • A description of the care services provided during these additional hours.

    • Confirmation that these hours are outside of your daily average agreement and were not pre-agreed within the care plan.

    • Indication of whether an extended break is feasible or you believe additional compensation is required, including options to indicate if you are "Unsure", "Yes", or "No" about being able to take an extended break. If "No", you'll have the option for us to request additional hourly compensation for the client.

  • Submit the Form: Once you've completed all the required fields, submit the form. The information will be directly sent to the office team for review.

  • Office Team Follow-up: After submission, a member of our office team will review your reported hours and follow up with you within 2 working days to discuss the next steps, including arranging for additional breaks or processing extra compensation, as applicable.

  • Documentation and Approval: The office team will document your additional hours and ensure that any resulting compensation is approved and processed according to our policies.
