Updating your payment details

How to change or manage your payment details

If your payment details have changed or expired, you'll want to update them. To do this:

  1. Log into your Eedi parent account.

  2. Go to your ⚙️ Account tab and then select 'Billing'.

  3. Under the Payment Method section, click '+ Add payment method'.

  4. Enter your updated payment details.

    You'll now see your new payment details under your Payment Method section. Click on the three dots next to your updated payment details and select 'Make default'.

  5. Your default payment method will now be updated. Future payments will be taken from this card.

    If you want to remove your previous payment method, simply click on the three dots next to those details and select 'Delete'.
