Need some help with your homework? Our friendly tutors are on standby every day to support Eedi Plus members from 9am - 11pm on weekdays & 9am - 8pm on weekends (UK time) 🙋♀️
To get help from a tutor:
Go to your Learn page and scroll down to the bottom to find the Need Support? section:
Click on the Chat with a tutor button and then choose which subject you'd like help with.
Please note: we can only help with Maths homework at the moment but support will become available for Science and English soon!
Once you've chosen your subject we'll find a tutor to support you! At this point you can type in what you'd like help with and upload any homework images you may have.
And that's it! A tutor will join the conversation to help you with your homework 😊
