During sign up you will have created your parent account and a separate account for your child - also known as their Learning Hub 🧑💻
Here's a quick run-through of each page of your child's Learning Hub!
Learn
The Learn page is your child's homepage where they'll be able to get started on topics, find their homework (if they use Eedi with their teacher) and work through their to-do list.
In the first section of the Learn page your child will find their recommended topic. If their teacher has set them some current work, it will appear here. Otherwise, we'll recommend topics here for your child to work on.
Just below this is your child's Learning section. Here your child can look at All topics, Assignments and Overdue assignments.
All topics - This tab will show your child's independent learning pathway (topics recommended by Eedi).
Assignments - This tab will include any active or upcoming quizzes that their teacher has set for them.
Overdue assignments - This tab contains quizzes set by a teacher that haven't already been completed by their due date.
Below your child's Learning section you'll find an area where you can book a 30 Minute 1:1 Zoom Tutoring Session and Question of the Day.
Following this your child will find their to-do list and routine. Their to-do list contains tasks to complete to earn themselves Streaks 🔥 and get the most out of Eedi. These tasks refresh every day, They can also view and edit their weekly Routine.
Along with this is the On-Demand Homework Support section. Here your child can start a live chat with a tutor to get help with their homework (Eedi Plus members only)!
Challenge
The Challenge page is exciting! Here your child will find their Class League, Class Challenge. School League, Achievements and Games - we know it's good to take a break from learning sometimes 🎉
Shop
The Eedi Shop is a place for your child to spend their Eedi Coins. Your child will earn virtual Coins by:
Getting questions right.
Watching videos in lessons.
Answering questions in lessons.
Completing Stretch & Challenge activities.
With their coins they can purchase virtual good such as avatar items and background themes 🌅
Activity
Your child will find their previous activity on their Activity page. Here they can view their results to past topics, resume any incomplete topics and also take Stretch & Challenge sessions 💪
Streaks, Coins and Account info
Finally, your child will find their Streak and Coin totals, as well as their account details in the top right corner of the page. Simply click on their avatar image to open up their account page.
Help
If your child needs technical help they can click the Help button within their navigation bar to open up a live chat pop-up and speak with a member of the team 🙂
