Slack is one of our many Destinations that you can integrate with. Use it to streamline your internal team chat processes, allowing your team access to your internal documentation (or any other Source you want!) for instant replies and assistance.
To integrate with Slack:
Navigate to the dashboard and select the bot you’d like to add to Slack.
Add Sources that your bot will base its responses on.
Select the '+' next to the Destinations in the sidebar.
Select Slack, and click ‘Add to Slack’.
Sign into your workspace using the Slack URL (you can find this in the ‘edit workspace details’ section on Slack when you click the workspace title).
Allow eesel access to your Slack.
Start a conversation! Ask it anything.
NOTE: If you want customers and staff to receive different answers from their chatbot, you'll need two bots. Each bot can be trained using different Sources, so it'll share different information.
