Microsoft Teams is one of our many Destinations that you can integrate with. Use it to streamline your internal team chat processes, allowing your team access to your internal documentation (or any other Source you want!) for instant replies and assistance.
Please note: You'll need to be on a Microsoft Business Plan to use eesel AI with Teams. A quick way to check is by looking in your teams, on the left you should see a + symbol with 'Apps' underneath it. If you can see this, you can use eesel AI!
To connect your AI with Microsoft Teams:
In your dashboard, select the bot you'd like to connect.
Add Sources in the sidebar.
Select the Plus (+) next to Destinations
Select the ‘Public Chat Link’. (If it’s not there, you can press the plus button and search for it.)
When a popup appears, select ‘Enable’
Select the new Public Chat button that's appeared in integrations and then select the ‘Copy Link’ button at the top.
Open Microsoft Teams, and select the ‘+’ to open a new tab.
Choose website.
Name your chat and post your link.
Teams will shoot you to a browser window where you can chat away!
