The AI’s appearance customization is unique per destination. Some Destinations have limited visual changes available due to the integration platform. However, Destinations like the public chat link or chat bubbles can be adjusted.
Simply:
Login to your account
Navigate to the bot you want to modify with the drop down menu in the sidebar.
Select the Destination you want to customize the appearance of
Adjust the title, welcome message, and colour of the bot.
You can also provide specific suggested questions that will appear at the start of the conversation.
