Want to reimburse your employees for the cost they made when charging? You can create multiple payout rules so you can decide who is reimbursed at what rate.
Step 1 | Select a type
There are 3 options that can be selected:
Variable rate
Pay out the official kWh rate defined by an energy regulator/ gov agency. This flat kWh fee is likely to change every month. As soon as the rate is published by this regulator this is added to our systems. You do not need to do anything for this.
Good to know: At this time we support the CREG rate (Commissie voor de Regulering van de Elektriciteit en het Gas) for Belgium and Tarif Blue (For France). Let us know if you need another variable rate.
Fixed rate
Set a specific, flat price per kWh (e.g. as defined in your companies’ car policy). This rate will remain the same until you change it.
Driver rate
Pay out the kWh rate as configured by your employees in the EEVEE platform. This is the least common method and is generally not recommended.
Step 2 | Give the rate a description
As you set multiple payout rules in EEVEE Business, a description will help you identify the different configured payout rules. A name is added by default.
Step 3 | Assign drivers to the rule
Decide which drivers are reimbursed by which payout rule. A driver can only be linked to one payout rule at a time.
Changing a driver from one payout rule to another will go into effect immediately for all reimbursements that are not payed out.
