What is your total charging cost per month?
Which drivers or groups are most costly?
How does charging differ across home/public/work locations?
How do these values change over time?
That's right! Getting a grip on your charging costs requires good data.
That's where we come in with a new, powerful way to explore your data!
What's new? 👀
Use our new table view to explore your total or average charging cost per month! It's not only much more powerful, it's also way faster than it ever was! Other features include:
Sort columns to see a useful driver ranking by total cost or per location
Filter data by company entities or by driver (sub)groups
Switch focus views between cost and energy (kWh)
Download all data in CSV or Excel format for internal usage
View a detailled breakdown per driver per month, for all locations
Sort the session logs chronologically, or by cost or kWh
Download session logs for further exploration
Things to know! 💡
We show the 3 location types: Home, Public and Work. This is how:
Home charging:
KWH: Energy usage registered from the vehicle at a home location
COST: Calculated using the payout rate from that period, as per your configuration
If the rate is not available yet (e.g. active month with unpublished CREG rates), the last known rate is used. This is indicated with an estimation sign (~)
+ The list shows all drivers, even if they are not reimbursed via EEVEE
Public charging:
KWH: Energy usage data from EEVEE's Public Charge Pass
COST: As invoiced via the charging point operators, differs per location
Public charging data in the overview table is only available for fleets that use our Public Charge Pass. Don't have it yet? Find out more here
Good to know: 'other' charging sessions tracked by the vehicle (not home/work) can still be found by exploring the car activity (via Fleet Overview
> Cars
). This is available for all fleets, regardless if the EEVEE Charge Pass is used
Sessions that were authorised with the charge pass, but occurred at home or work locations can be counted twice in the overview (from both the car and charge pass). These duplicates will be removed later in the year.
Work charging:
KWH: Energy usage registered from the vehicle at a saved work location
COST: Estimated using the CREG rate of that month, for an indicative figure
Later in 2024, we will allow fleets to configure their work locations and respective rates for more accuracy. The current estimation is indicated with a sign (~)
