Why do we do this?
Integrating with cars is a complex endeavour. We have described the procedure to integrate to new brands in an article.
Once we start the technical implementation phase, testing becomes crucial! Since we don't have every car model from every brand, we can not test every unique scenario that could occur in daily use. That's why we need you! 🙏
What can I expect?
If you want to, you can become an early tester. This means:
You will be one of the first ones to connect your car
You can explore all of EEVEE's features and functionalities
You can spot issues and report them to us, so we can fix them!
You are crucial in creating a high quality & reliable connection for everyone!
We want to launch new integrations as quickly as possible. This means a new connection in Beta might still be unstable, with authentication or data issues as a result. Please bear with us and help us fix these issues!
⚠️ Important: cars in Beta can not be part of a business fleet.
How does this work?
Brands in Beta are shown in our mobile app. You will see a warning message explaining what to expect. If you choose to continue, you will be able to connect your car. After a few days/weeks, we will check in with you to ask about your experience 🕵️♀️ Some things we want to check:
Does the authentication procedure work? (from technical & UX standpoint)
Are charging sessions registered correctly? Is the data accurate?
What are you noticing? What should still be fixed?
During this Beta test phase, you will be able to share bugs/ideas/thoughts via our feedback platform or directly to one of our colleagues. 🪲
