What if I lost my charge pass?

Learn how to set your charge pass as lost via the mobile app

In case you have lost car EEVEE charge pass, or it is broken, you can mark it as lost via the app. You can then request a new charge pass via your fleet/HR manager.

To do so:

  1. Open the mobile app

  2. Navigate to the company tab

  3. View the company settings

  4. Click the charge pass

  5. Click the red button 'Mark as lost'

  6. Confirm your action

After confirming, the charge pass will no longer be useable but the history will remain visible in the EEVEE-app.
