If a driver in your company leaves or moves, you might have a charge pass left over. In that case, you might want to use this card for another driver.
Unfortunately, this is NOT possible. Once activated, a card can not be assigned to another driver..
Why is this limitation?
We invoice charging costs per driver, based on the unique card number. To ensure accurate invoicing and historical data insights, we can not reassign this card to another driver.
