How to add a driver to a group

There are multiple ways to make sure a driver is linked to a group.

Invite flow

The invite flow is extended with a dropdown list for groups.

This dropdown is only visible if at least one group is present within the selected entity. You will need to create a group before you are able to add or move a driver to a group via the side panel.

  • Tap the ✎ of the driver, or select the driver and click edit, you want to add to a group or when you want to move the driver to another group. A side panel will open and you will be able to select or modify the group.

  • Go to ✎ Set up entities and groups - Select the entity - View all groups. Tap ✎ Edit.

Things to keep in mind

  2. Every (sub)group needs a unique name within the same level of the same entity.

  3. A subgroup can be named the same as another subgroup if is not added to the same group.

  4. A driver can only belong to one (sub)group.

  5. A driver is not required to be added to a group.

  6. You can create up to 2 levels of groups (groups and subgroups).
