In short: as of October 1st 2024, a PRO license will be required to use the EEVEE app, sync data from your vehicle or get the PDF email reports.

Why are we doing this?

We have long tried to prevent this change, and offered these beloved features for free. We saw an explosive growth in our userbase over the past years. Combined with the license costs we have to pay to sync your vehicle data, we have no other choice than to pass on this cost to you, our users. 😢

We understand this change will not be welcomed with open arms. Since we are a small team, and we would like to keep developing our platform for the years to come, we would like to ask for your understanding. 🙏


What should you do next?

If you want to support us and keep using EEVEE, you will be able to get your license via an in-app purchase, starting on 16 September 2024. Meanwhile, we keep working hard to fix pesky bugs, and expand our feature set (e.g. get your data exported in CSV format).

If you no longer want to use our platform, you do not have to take any actions. If still enabled, your vehicle will automatically be disconnected. Furthermore, your account and personal data will automatically be removed, according to our T&C's. You will not have to pay anything.


What will it cost?

A PRO license will be available for €13 /month, or €130 /year.

Existing users will get an early adopter discount, priced at €9 /month, or €90 /year.

We will also offer a 30-day FREE trial to new and existing users.


What about fleet users?

Do you want do use EEVEE for your company (3+ cars)? Discover EEVEE Business: get automatic home charging reimbursements, an optional public charge pass, and receive a single monthly invoice. A hassle-free solution to understand, handle and reduce your electric charging costs.

If you are already part of a company fleet using EEVEE Business, these changes will not have any impact. We will not disconnect any vehicles or require a PRO license.

Is a PRO license required?

Yes, to continue using the app's functionality, you will need a PRO license.

How can I get a license?

On September 16th, you will see a task on the homescreen of the mobile app. You will then be able to get a subscription or start your free trial. After October 1st, you will not be able to continue using the app without license or trial.

Will I lose any vehicle data?

All vehicles without license or trial will be disconnected on September 30th. To keep data synchronisation, make sure to get a license or free trial before that date. The paywall will be visible via a homescreen task as of September 16th.

Will there still be a free version of the app?

It depends. Everyone can get a 30-day free trial which unlocks all functionalities. After that, a PRO subscription is required for continued usage. We do not offer a free/ad supported version of the app.

Can I stop using EEVEE?

Yes, you can permanently deactivate your account via the app settings. Or send a deactivation request to questions@eeveemobility.com.

How does the billing work?

All payments will run through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and their respective in-app purchase methods. You will pay in your preferred currency.
