How does the free trial work for EEVEE Business?

Discover all about your 30-day free trial. No credit card needed.

Updated this week

🚗 What’s included during your free trial?

Once you sign up for EEVEE Business, you automatically start with a 30-day free trial. This lets you explore all basic features for one vehicle, including:

  • Tracking and discovering charging costs

  • Reimbursement configurations

  • Cost controls and charging locations

You can test the core of the product without committing. Perfect to get a feel for how EEVEE Business works.

💡 Note: Advanced features like fleet management and public charging are not included in the free trial.

🔓 What do I get with a paid plan?

When you start a price plan, you unlock all features:

  • Invite unlimited drivers and vehicles

  • Get access to 500,000+ public chargers with the charge pass

  • Enable automatic home charging reimbursements (EEVEE directly pays the drivers and invoices the company)

You can choose between a monthly or yearly vehicle license. There is also an activation fee for every vehicle or charge pass activated.

🧾 When and how will I be billed?

  • Your subscription starts once you select a plan and add your payment method.

  • Billing is monthly in arrears: you’ll receive an invoice at the start of each month for the previous month’s usage.

  • You can cancel or deactivate vehicles anytime.

💳 Do I need to add a credit card?

No credit card is needed to start the trial.

If you want to continue using EEVEE after the 30-day trial, or activate advanced features (like automatic reimbursements or charge passes), you’ll need to:

  • Select a price plan

  • Add a payment method (credit card or SEPA)

❌ What if I don’t continue?

No worries. If you don’t select a plan before your 30-day trial ends, your access will be revoked automatically. You won’t be charged unless you activate a plan.

Also: even if you activate a vehicle or charge pass during the trial, you won’t be charged the one-time fee unless you continue beyond the trial.
