How do I connect my car to a fleet?

To get reimbursed via EEVEE Mobility, we need a connection with your vehicle.

💡 Before you continue: make sure you have been invited via EEVEE Business. This is required to join a fleet. Make sure the vehicle permission is enabled. Learn more here

Once you're invited, follow these steps:

  1. Open the EEVEE mobile app

  2. Log in to your account with your (invited) credentials

  3. Connect your vehicle by using the VIN or car credentials.
    Note: the car connection process can differ per car brand. Learn more here

  4. Complete the flow to add your name, IBAN, address and more. Learn more here

Until you have added a vehicle, the invite status page in EEVEE Business will mention "No vehicle linked". This means the driver still needs to connect a car using the mobile app, as described above.
