If you are experiencing trouble completing your purchase, please check to make sure that you don’t have an active restriction on purchasing in-app products. You can find out more information regarding in-app purchases here:

EF Hello Website

You can also make purchases through the EF Hello website. If you have not made a purchase on the website before, please follow the below instructions:

1a. If you already have an EF Hello account - click here to log in to your existing account on the website. You need to log into the same account on the website and the app, or you can’t access premium features.

1b. If you don’t already have an EF Hello account - click here to create an account on the website (it is important to use the same email address that you will use to log in on the app)

2. Choose your subscription

3. Purchase your chosen subscription (this will require a credit or debit card)

If you are having difficulty making a purchase on the EF Hello website, you can contact us on the website or app. On our website, please use our live chat which can be accessed by clicking on the blue message icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. If you prefer to contact us through the app, please shake your device and then send us a message through 'Report a bug'.
