Scene transitions allow you to smoothly move between scenes during your livestream. You can add a transition between any two scenes to control how the broadcast visually changes when switching.
Add A Scene Transition
Open Transions Panel
In Stage, click the Scene Transitions icons in the lefthand menu to open the transition panel where you will select your scene transitions.
Add Transition
Once in the panel, click the "+" icon between the two scenes where you want to add a transition.
Choose a Transition Style
This will open a panel with transitions options. Select the style you'd like to add amd adjust the settings:
Direction – choose the direction the transition moves
Duration (seconds) – adjust how long the transition takes
When you select a transition, you will see the icon appear between your scenes.
📝 Each transitions has its own representative icon that will be visible between your scenes. This makes it easier to see which transitions you've added and where you've placed them.
Save Transitions
When you have added all your transitions and are ready to go back to Stage, simply select "Save Transitions."
Editing or Removing A Scene Transition
If at any point you would like to change your selected transition or remove it, you can do so in the same panel by clicking on the transition icon.
Preview Your Transition
If you want to see what your transitions will look like to your viewers, you can easily do so by moving from one scene to the next in the transitions panel or in Stage.
📌 While you can preview scene transitions when moving from one scene to another, your audience will only see transitions once the scene is made live by clicking "Show Scene."
