After inviting guests to your event, the next step is to place them in the scenes you want them to appear in. Guests will not show up anywhere in the broadcast unless you add them to a scene. You can easily add guests to scenes by following the steps below.
From your list of scenes, choose the one you would like to add a guest to and then click the elements button from the right-hand menu.
Select the "Video Feed" option from the flyout.
Next, choose a layout style for your guests based on how many guests you want to put in a scene. Once you select a style, it will be added to your scene preview window.
💡 If you want to add more than one guest to a scene, you can choose a style with multiple slots like "Three Top" or add each guest individually by adding multiple "One" style feeds.
Then you will have to add your guests to the layout.
Once you've added a video feed to your scene, you'll notice a "Build" option appear in the right-hand menu. That's where you will add the guest you want to appear in that scene by selecting their name from the dropdown.

If you want multiple guests in a scene and choose a layout with multiple windows, you will notice that each window is numbered. For multiple guests, find the number of the box you want them in, and add them there.
Your work is done. Once you send your broadcast live, guests will automatically appear in the scenes you've placed them in.
