As a guest in a remote broadcast, you'll remain in the Greenroom throughout the entire event, regardless of whether your scene is live or not. Here's how you’ll know when the broadcast goes live and when you’re about to be live to the audience watching:

Badges and Visual Cues

Effi has a few visual cues to let you know that the event is live and that you're featured in the scene.

Once the event goes live, you'll see a "Backstage" label at the top of your screen.

You'll also notice a "Live" badge next to anyone currently live in the scene.

When it's your turn to go live, a "Live" badge will appear next to your video feed, as well as at the top of the screen, letting you know you're on screen.

Private Chat Notifications

In addition to visual cues in the Greenroom, the host or producer can also notify you through the Private Chat feature. They might send you a message to let you know when you're almost live or when it’s nearly your turn to be featured.

These cues will help you stay informed and prepared for your moments on screen.
