Chat Quality Score: Calculates the quality of your chat content based on three key metrics: uniqueness, lexical diversity, and readability.
Chatters: People who viewed your content and commented during your broadcast.
Conversion: For our purposes, it's the process of how many donation prompts were sent vs how many successful donations it resulted in.
Custom Persona (Audience Explorer): A persona built by the user by selecting from a list of filters like platforms, elements they participated in, donation amounts, and more.
Detailed View (Reports): A granular view of your event metrics organized by segments.
Engagement Rate: The Engagement Rate compares your total viewers to your total chatters to let you know how engaged your audience was.
Events Page: This sections allows users to take a deep analysis of a single event.
Interaction per Viewer: This metric calculates how many messages each viewer contributes, on average, which can help identify whether a high number of chatters correlates to actual interactive engagement.
Mood: Users will encounter Mood throughout analytics and wherever Sentiment ( below) is found. While Sentiment is more of a macro look of the chat and the audience, Mood breaks it down into more niche categories outlined below:

Overview : An Overview applies wherever a user is able to select and graph metrics (Events, Trends, and Reports). It's an AI-generated analysis of your selected metrics in plain language.
Reports: Reports transforms complex data into shareable reports so they can easily access and share valuable insights with their team.

Retention Rate: The Retention Rate is meant to give you insight into how long you retained your viewers. The higher the rate, the better.
Segments (Reports): We use AI to summarize and segment events, giving users helpful context when evaluating their data.
Sentiment: Users will see sentiment throughout analytics and it refers to how the audience is feeling overall and it's broken down into three main categories listen below:

Smart Persona (Audience Explorer): AI-backed personas based on the user's audience. Using one of our Smart Personas over a custom persona ensures that it will be backed by the most data.
Topic Summaries (Events): We use AI to segment events by topic and when using our interactive video player on the Events page, users will be able to see summaries of the topics discussed during each portion of the broadcast.
Total View (Reports): An overall view of metrics for the entire broadcast.
Trends: this serves as an overview page where users can see more of a macro view of their activity and compare multiple events.
