The compare table is a powerful tool on the Trends page that allows you to analyze the performance of multiple events side by side. It provides a detailed breakdown of metrics for each selected event, helping you identify similarities, differences, and patterns that can inform your content strategy.

Key Features of the Compare Table

  • Side-by-Side Metrics: View a comprehensive list of metrics for each event in separate columns, making it easy to spot trends and discrepancies.

  • Customizable Selection: Choose which events to include in the table for a tailored comparison.

  • Detailed Breakdown: Access granular data on metrics such as total viewers, engagement rate, retention, donations, and more.

  • Highlighting Differences: Quickly identify variations in performance across events with clear, organized data presentation.

How to Use the Compare Table

  1. Navigate to the Compare Table: Scroll down to the "Comparative" section at the bottom of the Trends page.

  2. Select Events: select a time period at the top of the page to compare events within a given time frame or select custom to choose specific events. Each event will appear in its own column in the table.

  3. Review Metrics: Explore a detailed list of metrics, including:

    • Viewer engagement (e.g., total viewers, retention rate)

    • Chat activity (e.g., total chatters, average messages per chatter)

    • Sentiment analysis (e.g., positive, neutral, and negative sentiment)

    • Interactive elements (e.g., polls, meters, sponsored content)

    • Donation data ( if you are a Streamocracy user you can compare donor metrics here)

  4. Analyze Results: Use the data to identify which events performed best across specific metrics and understand what contributed to their success.

Benefits of the Compare Table
