Pricing Plans Explained

How Effy AI pricing works?

Updated over 4 months ago

Please find pricing and calculator here: https://www.effy.ai/pricing

Effy AI's pricing is based on the number of users. For billing purposes, users may also be referred to as employees or review participants. A user includes anyone added to the system who needs to submit a review, receive a review, administer reviews, or access stored information.

Important notes:

  • All subscriptions auto-renew, contact support for cancelation.

  • We offer a full refund on your first payment within 30 days of purchase.

  • However, we do not provide refunds for the remaining subscription period if you choose to cancel.

Free Plan

Full access to all Pro features for up to 5 users. Designed for testing before purchase, with no time limit.

Note: Inactive accounts for 18+ months may be deleted without notice.

Pro Plan: 3-month subscription, $6 per user/month

Best suited for companies conducting annual reviews only. After 3 months, the plan can be downgraded to the Free plan, keeping all data accessible while new review cycles will be frozen. The company can pause the subscription and easily reactivate it the following year, with all data preserved.

Note: We store all data for at least 18 months after the subscription ends.

Example:
Running an annual review cycle for 100-employee company costs:

100 users × $6 × 3 months = $1,800

Pro Plan: annual subscription, $2.5 per user/month

The most cost-effective option for companies running multiple reviews, such as mid-year reviews, 90-day reviews, or anniversary-based reviews.

Example:
For a 100-employee company, the cost is:
100 users × $2.5 × 12 months = $3,000
This is cheaper than two separate 3-month subscriptions.

Increasing the limit of users

If you need to add more users during your subscription period, please contact our support team.

The cost for additional users will be calculated proportionally based on the remaining subscription period.
