Managing Subscription and Seats

How to add seats, change plans, and manage your Effy AI subscription

Upgrading your subscription

To upgrade your Effy AI subscription:

  1. Click Upgrade subscription at the bottom of the left navigation panel.

  2. You’ll be guided through the available plans and pricing options.

  3. Complete the upgrade to unlock additional features and seats.

If you have questions or need a custom setup, you can also contact our support team via the in-app chat for assistance.

Adding seats

To add more seats to your plan, contact our support team via the in-app chat.

  • Let us know how many seats you need

  • We’ll process the upgrade, typically the same day

  • We’ll either send you a payment link or update your Stripe billing directly

Self-service seat management is coming soon.

Reverting to the Free plan

To cancel your paid subscription and return to the Free plan, contact support.

We’ll ensure that:

  • Your subscription is canceled correctly

  • No further billing occurs

Updating payment information

Learn how to update your payment details and access invoices.

Use the Stripe billing portal to:

  • Update your credit card

  • Edit your billing address

  • View and download invoices

Invoices and receipts

  • Payment receipts are automatically sent to the billing email address after each transaction

  • If you haven’t received a receipt:

    1. Check your spam or junk folder

    2. Confirm the billing email address is correct

    3. Access invoices via the Stripe billing portal

    4. Contact support if you need a receipt resent

Cancellation and data retention

What happens after cancellation

  • You retain access to all existing reviews and historical data until the end of the billing period

  • After the billing period:

    • You can still view historical data

    • You cannot run new review cycles

  • Your data is stored free of charge for 18 months after cancellation

Refund policy

  • Subscriptions are generally non-refundable

  • Exceptions may be considered within the first 30 days, minus a 6% processing fee

  • Contact support as soon as possible to discuss available options

Account deletion

If you want to permanently delete your workspace and all associated data, contact support.

Self-service account deletion is not currently available.
