Review Visibility and Access Levels

Control review releases, manage access levels to ensure confidentiality, and streamline feedback sharing and report distribution

Updated over 2 months ago

When configuring forms, you can set access levels in the Settings tab under Sharing and Anonymity.

Each access level includes an anonymous mode, which works as follows:

  • For Admins, reviewers' names are replaced with icons (hats) in the Responses tab and the Review section if fewer than three responses are collected. On the Report tabs under review, anonymity is always applied.

  • For Summarizers and Viewers, names and avatars are always hidden.

Admin

Admins have full access to the Form, including the ability to edit it and manage individual reviews associated with the Form.

Summarizer

Summarizers can modify the structure and content in the Report tab and edit summary content blocks. They cannot change review report access settings or view the Responses tab.

Viewer

Viewers can only view data in the Report tab. They cannot make any changes.

Important note: Workspace Owners automatically inherit the highest level of access granted to other participants, while respecting anonymity settings.

Individual review reports

Permissions for individual review reports are configured within the form settings and follow the same logic as described above for forms. These permissions, however, apply exclusively to individual reviews.
