In a theme, you can add various articles and quiz questions. You can use this to organize and share work-related information on different topics with your team. Examples of themes are: company house rules, an overview of the shift leaders, work processes, meeting minutes, et cetera.
For each theme, you can manage the visibility per team. You can, for example, create a theme called 'Cocktail recipes', and make it visible only to the Bar team, so the other teams (e.g. Cleaning team) don't have access to this.
How to create a new theme
Go to 'Training'
Click on 'Handbook'
Two options:
A pop-up 'New theme' opens. Fill in the title and extra information, and select for which teams this topic is visible.
Click on 'Submit'
You are in the new theme. The theme is still empty, so the next step is to create articles and test your team members' knowledge by adding quizzes.
⚠️ Note: This theme has not yet been published. The toggle 'Published' being off tells you this. To publish the theme, you can turn it on.
