In the profile of team members, you can view and edit their personal information, see and adjust their availability, assign and track skills, and keep track of contracts. From here, you can also add them to other teams or venues.
You can access a team member's profile by clicking on 'Team' > Team members at the top. Then click on the team member whose profile you want to see.
⚠️ Note: Only admins and managers have access to this information and can edit it.
Information
Under 'Information', you get an overview of the team member's availability, the teams and possibly venues they are part of, and their personal information.
You can adjust the availability and teams, as well as edit the team member's personal information (such as email address, address, bank account number...). To do this, click on the pencil icon next to 'Personal Information' in the top right corner.
On the left side, you can also easily switch to another team member's profile.
Skills
Under the 'Skills' section, you can see which functions and skills the team member possesses. Here, you can also assign skills and, if desired, designate a fixed function so that this team member receives a function badge. Read more about it here.
On the right side, you will also find statistics about the team member, including the progress of their skills.
Contracts
Under the 'Contracts' section, you can create and manage contracts. Read all about contracts here.
On the right side, you will find some contract details, such as how long the team member has been employed.
