Read here how to activate the integration between Eitje and Untill.

Automatically gain insight into your revenue from Untill? With this integration you have an hourly update of the revenue in Eitje. This way you also get live insight into the labour costs incurred.


Activate integration

To activate the integration with Untill click on 'Data' > Integrations. Then click on 'Add' next to Untill.


​You need the following data to activate the integration. You can request the other data from your supplier, we cannot help with that unfortunately. Once you filled them out, click on 'Activate integration'.

  • Password: 4tJxdfgdsj4dsj1XVe

  • IP address: 142.113.501.218

We already filled out the Username and Port for you. You can still edit these if necessary.


Set up integration

Once you've activated the integration, you need to set up some settings. You have to determine which revenue you want to retrieve. You can do this in two different ways:

  1. By revenue group: Integrate on revenue group to be able to distinguish on specific revenue group. For instance: Bar and Kitchen revenue.

  2. By Sales area's: Integrate on sales area to distinguish between the location of the revenue.

You also have to indicate if you want to see the ordered or paid revenue in Eitje.


Problem with integration

If there is a problem with the integration between Until and Eitje, we unfortunately don't get a specific error message from your cash register. From experience we know it can mean of one these two things:

  1. Your cash register is offline: There is no connection so we cannot retrieve any data. This will be fixed once the cash register is on again.

  2. Authentication data changed: The data you filled out when activating the integration have changed. For example you have a different IP address, so the connection between the cash register and Eitje is broken. The only thing you can do is contact the supplier to ask for the activation codes again. These are:

    1. Username

    2. Password

    3. IP address (url)

    4. Port


Retrieve revenue

Once your integration is activated and set up, Eitje will retrieve revenue from the POS system from this moment on.

Five minutes after activating the integration, Eitje also tries to retrieve last month's revenue. Handy, because Eitje makes a prediction of the revenue and by default we base it on the realised sales of the past four weeks. Retrieving will only work after all revenue groups are linked, and the settings are completed. If this is not done within the five minutes, we try to retrieve it every hour.

Want to know the revenue for more than one month back in time? Then follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to 'Hours' at the top and click 'Per member'.

  2. Navigate to the week you want to retrieve.

  3. Scroll down until you see the revenue section. Don't see it? Check under the 'Show' button at the top if the revenue box is checked.

  4. Click on 'Revenue' next the settings at the bottom.

  5. Here you can click on 'Sync' next to the days you want to retrieve.

  6. Click on 'Sync' to retrieve the revenue for that day.

Another way is to add revenue manually. This can be done by day, or you can import an Excel-file.
