Set up POS integration

Once you have activated the integration, you have to determine which revenue you want to retrieve.

Depending on the integration you can retrieve the revenue in one or two different ways:

Per revenue group: This directly retrieves all revenue from your cash register from the different revenue groups. So if you have 100,- for the 'Revenue group: Drinks', then there will also be 100,- retrieved if you have this group selected in Eitje.

Per sales area: Just like the other option, this retrieves the revenue per revenue group, but now you can also specify it per sales area.

Set up integration

  1. Go to 'Data' > Integrations.

  2. Click on 'My integrations' on the left side.

  3. Click on 'Configure' or click the three dots and then on 'Configure'.

  4. If possible choose between 'Gorup' or 'Zone'. If you can only link per revenue group, then you will not see this step.

  5. Divide the revenue groups from the integration over the revenue groups that you created in Eitje.
    ⚠️ Note: The integration will only work if you have divided all revenue groups from the integration over the revenue groups in Eitje.


Which option should I choose?

The option per revenue group is the easiest. One reason to choose per sales area is when a company with two venues only uses one cash register. This way you can link your integration with two venues, but still split the revenue across the different venues.



What are the options per integration?

Depending on the integration you choose, there are one or two options.

Switch between the different options

To reset the integration you have to disconnect everything.

  1. Go to 'My integrations'.

  2. Under the three dots click on 'Configure'.

  3. Disconnect all the groups or zones.

  4. In step 2 choose the option revenue groups or sales areas.

  5. Then link the groups or zones again in step 3.


Retrieve revenue

Once your integration is activated and set up, Eitje will retrieve revenue from the POS system from this moment on. This means that Eitje does not automatically retrieve revenue from the past. Do you want to see this revenue in Eitje? Follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to 'Hours' at the top and click 'Per week'.

  2. Scroll down until you see the revenue section. Don't see it? Check under the 'Show' button at the top if the revenue box is checked.

  3. Click on 'Revenue' next the settings at the bottom.

  4. Here you can click on 'Sync' next to the days you want to retrieve.
