Results View and Edit Scores for Admins

Admins have continuous access to all result lists for their competitions. In the web app, results are available on the Results screen, while score modifications are handled on the Edit scores screen. In the mobile app, scores can be edited by opening the individual performance screen of a gymnast on the selected apparatus. See the tutorial video below for a demonstration.

Adjusting the results view with filters

Both the Results and Edit scores screens in the web app offer filtering options to help you focus on the data you need.

On the Results screen, you can filter by:

  • Result list type (individual apparatus, All-Around, or team results, depending on competition settings)

  • Gymnast status (all gymnasts, gymnasts not yet scored, or top 3 only)

  • Category and subdivision, if a competition schedule is set

On the Edit scores screen, you can additionally filter by:

  • Start list

  • Rank

Video access

  • Watch each routine video once it has been recorded

  • View the recording status if a video is not yet available

Export Results

You can export competition results at any time as either an Excel spreadsheet or a PDF file. When exporting to PDF, you can choose exactly which programs/levels, categories/age groups, and result lists to include.

How to use:

  1. Go to the Results tab

  2. Click Export Results

  3. Select the result lists, programs, and categories you want to include

Beta feature: If beta features are enabled, you can limit the PDF to show only the top-ranked gymnasts (for example, medal winners). This is especially useful for large competitions.

Beta feature: Score approval

To require supervisor approval before scores become public, enable this beta feature. First, turn on Beta features in your profile settings. After that, a new Automatic score approval section appears in the category settings. By default, results are approved automatically and become visible as soon as judges submit them. If you clear the automatic‑approval checkboxes, scores must be reviewed and approved before they are published.

Once enabled, supervisors and competition administrators will see an Approve checkbox on the Edit Scores screen in the web app (this option is not available on mobile). Scores remain hidden from the public until a supervisor or administrator approves the final score.
