Getting access
Sign in to Elevien with your phone number, and make sure the competition organiser has your up-to-date phone number. Once the competition admin assigns you as a judge, the competition appears in your Elevien app under your judging role. On the tournament cover photo, there will be markings that correspond to your level of access (e.g. A for admin, R for recorder, and each judging role like S/D/E/T/L).
Scoring a routine
Open the competition, choose your apparatus and the current gymnast. Enter your score components (D, E, penalty) according to your panel role. In the gym you judge live, as the gymnast performs, so there is no need to wait for a video. The "Video uploaded" status shows when a routine recording is ready to judge in online competitions.
After submission
Final scores are calculated automatically from all judges’ inputs and published immediately or after Supervisor approval, depending on the competition settings.
Tips
If your internet connection is unstable, lower the video quality from High to Low.
