Having trouble logging in with your email provider? Here are specific troubleshooting steps for the most common email services.
General Steps (Try These First)
Before trying provider-specific fixes, please try these steps:
Clear your browser cache and cookies - this resolves most login issues
Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
Try an incognito/private window
Disable any VPN you may be using
If you use a social login button (Google, Apple), make sure you are clicking the correct one
Gmail Users
If you signed up with a Gmail address:
On the login page, click the Sign in with Google button
Select your Gmail account from the popup
If you do not see the Google button, try logging in with your email and password instead
If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it
Common Gmail issue: If you have multiple Google accounts signed in, make sure you are selecting the correct one. Try logging out of all Google accounts first, then signing in with just the one linked to your EA account.
Yahoo Users
If you signed up with a Yahoo email address:
Use the email and password login fields (not social login buttons)
Check your Yahoo inbox and spam/junk folder for any verification or password reset emails
Yahoo sometimes blocks automated emails - if you are not receiving password reset emails, check your Yahoo blocked senders list and make sure elizabethapril.com is not blocked
Microsoft Users (Hotmail, Live, MSN, Outlook)
If you signed up with a Hotmail, Live, MSN, or Outlook email:
Use the email and password login fields (not social login buttons)
Check your Junk Email folder in Outlook/Hotmail for any verification or password reset emails
Microsoft email services have aggressive spam filters - if emails from EA are going to junk, right-click the email and select Not Junk or add elizabethapril.com to your safe senders list
If using the Outlook app, try logging in through a web browser instead
Apple / iCloud Users
If you signed up with an iCloud or Apple email:
If you used Sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email, you will need to use the Apple sign-in button each time (not email/password)
Check your iCloud Junk folder for any missing emails
