Having Trouble Signing Up for the Free Seeker Membership?
The Seeker membership is completely free and gives you access to a selection of EA's content library. If you're having trouble signing up, here are some steps to help you get started.
Step 1: Go to the Membership Page
Visit the membership page at elizabethapril.com/pricing-plan and select the Seeker (Free) option.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Fill in your name, email address, and create a password. Make sure to use a valid email address — you'll need it to confirm your account.
Step 3: Confirm Your Email
After signing up, check your inbox for a confirmation email from Elizabeth April. Click the confirmation link to activate your account.
Can't find the email?
Check your spam/junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there
If you use Gmail, check the Promotions or Updates tab
If you use Yahoo, check the Bulk folder
If you use Hotmail/Outlook, check the Other or Junk folder
Wait a few minutes — sometimes the email takes a moment to arrive
Step 4: Log In to Your Account
Once your email is confirmed, go to elizabethapril.com/my-account and log in with the email and password you used during signup.
Common Issues
"I'm stuck on the registration page"
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then attempt the signup again
Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
If you're on mobile, try switching to a desktop/laptop computer
Make sure you're not using a VPN, as it can sometimes interfere with the signup process
"I signed up but can't log in"
Make sure you've clicked the confirmation link in the email first
Try resetting your password at elizabethapril.com/my-account/lost-password
Double-check that you're using the same email address you signed up with
"The page won't load or shows an error"
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Try a different browser or device
Disable any ad blockers or browser extensions temporarily
