How to Connect a Bluetooth Printer to a Tablet
Follow the steps below to connect your Bluetooth printer to the eMenu POS application.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
A Bluetooth-supported printer
An Android tablet or mobile device
The eMenu POS application installed
Step 1: Install the eMenu POS App
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
Search for eMenu POS.
Download and install the application.
Once installed, open the app.
Step 2: Add a Bluetooth Printer
Tap the three-line menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
Select Printers.
Tap the Add Printer button.
Choose Add Bluetooth Printer.
Step 3: Pair the Printer
In the Available Devices section, locate your printer.
Verify the printer name matches your Bluetooth printer.
Select the correct printer and complete the pairing process.
Tap Use as Printer to connect the printer to the device.
Step 4: Enable Offline Printing (Recommended)
To ensure orders continue printing even when the internet connection is unavailable:
Open the Connected Printer page.
Turn on the Offline Receipt toggle.
This allows the printer to continue receiving print jobs while the device is offline.
Setup Complete
Your Bluetooth printer is now successfully connected to the tablet via Bluetooth.
All incoming orders will print automatically through the connected printer.
