To track an order:
Open the account where the order was placed.
Go to the Live Order Management section.
Go to the previous orders section or enter the Order Number in the search bar for quicker access.
Q2: How do I view and send a receipt for an order?
Once you’ve opened the specific order:
Click the Share button.
You can then choose to send the receipt via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
Alternatively, you can generate a QR code that can be scanned to view the receipt.
Q3: Can I resend a receipt if needed?
Yes, you can open the same order and repeat the steps above to resend the receipt at any time.
Q4: Can I refund the order from the same page?
Yes. Open the same order, follow the steps above, then click the red Refund button.
You can refund the full order amount or enter a partial custom amount, depending on what needs to be refunded.
Q4: Can I see the payment in my Stripe account?
Yes. Follow the same steps above and open the refund page.
Below the Refund button, you will see a View Stripe button. Click this to open the payment in Stripe.
From there, you can check whether the payment was successfully captured, refunded, or still pending.
