Creating a card (Personal)

You can create a new card directly from the app.

  1. Tap Cards in the bottom menu

  2. Tap the plus (+) icon in the top right corner

  3. Choose the type of card you want to create

You can choose between:

Physical card

A physical card that will be sent to you in the post. Once created, it can be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay and used in store and online.

Virtual card

A digital-only card with no physical card sent. Virtual cards are created instantly and can be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay straight away, so you can start using them immediately.

After selecting your card type, you will be guided through a set of prompts to finish setting up your card. This includes:

  • Choosing a card colour or design

  • Naming your card

  • Selecting which account the card is linked to

  • Setting spend limits

    • Limits can be set as daily, weekly, monthly, or a total limit

  • Setting spend permissions

    • Online payments

    • International in-store payments

    • ATM withdrawals

    • Contactless payments

Once completed, your card will be ready to use based on the settings you’ve chosen.

Creating a card (Business)

Business cards are created in the same way, with the option to assign a card to yourself or a team member.

  1. Tap Cards in the bottom menu

  2. Tap the plus (+) icon in the top right corner

  3. Choose whether the card is for Yourself or a Team member

If you choose Yourself, the setup process is the same as the Personal card flow above.

If you choose Team member:

  1. Select the team member you want to assign the card to

  2. If the team member has not been invited yet, tap the Invite icon in the top right corner and send an invitation

  3. Once selected, follow the same setup steps to choose the card type, linked account, spend limits, and permissions

The card will be created with the controls you’ve set and assigned to the selected team member.
