Sessions
After the completion of setting up your account and profile, you're ready for your first session with Emma. Simply click on the button to get started.
Enjoy your chat with Emma. She will guide you in a conversation on the most important patterns of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that will help you achieve your well-being goals. She will also provide insights for deeper reflection and offer ideas for taking action.
When you're finished, simply end the session.
Emma will provide a session transcript and a summary of your session.
Emma will capture the action steps from your session for you to use throughout your day and week.
Emma will also provide a brief summary of the next session so that you can prepare.
Journaling
You can navigate to the Journal through the main navigation bar
Or through your home page.
Click the button to start writing.
The Journal is a place for you to reflect on what you are thinking and feeling without Emma's guidance. You can also use it to take notes and keep track of your progress. Click save to keep your entry and refer back to it at any time.
