Choose whether you are using Emma for your whole company or just your team.

12. Click "Employee Satisfaction"
Choose what areas you would like to work on with your team

Choose when you and your team would be ready for an in person training.
15. Click "Continue"
Click continue to proceed to the next step.
16. Click "Example: Improve team communication, establish clear performance metrics, develop leadership skills within the team..."
Provide examples of desired outcomes of working with Emma.
17. Click "Example: Team members actively giving and receiving feedback, improved project delivery times, better alignment on goals..."
Provide examples of expected or desired results.
18. Click "Continue"
Click continue to proceed with the setup process.
19. Set up and confirm password for the account.

20. Click "Complete Setup"
Finish the account creation process by clicking Complete Setup.
21. Click "Go to Dashboard"
Now you're ready to access the dashboard and start using Emma!
