How Do I Add a Team Member?

From your Emma Dashboard

1. Introduction

To add members of your team to Emma

2. Click "People"

Navigate to the "People" section.

Click 'People'

3. Click "Invite Team Members"

Select "Invite Team Members" option.

Click 'Invite Team Members'

Add your team members' email address.

Fill '<a href="mailto:person@myemmaai.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">person@myemmaai.com</a>'

5. Click here

Click the plus button. If you need to add multiple people, you can enter their email addresses as well.

Click here

6. Click "Send Invites"

Once all members are added, click Send Invites. Your added team members will receive an email with instructions to set up an account.

Click 'Send Invites'

7. Click "Update Invite Settings"

To edit your team's invite settings, click Update Invite Settings.

Click 'Update Invite Settings'

8. Click "Require Invite to Join"

From this page you can choose who in your team can see other team members as well as whether an invite is required to join your team.

Click 'Require Invite to Join'

9. Click "People"

To return to adding people, click people in the navigation.

Click 'People'
