To request a refund, first you must contact the website where you made our purchase. With our transaction lookup portal you can check your refund’s status following these few steps:
How to see my refund's status?
Access the portal and type your email address associated with the transaction;
A code will be sent to your email inbox for you to validate your identity, you must enter the 6 digit code (only valid for 3 minutes);
Select the search option ‘’Refund’’ and the payment method (card or others).
Enter the required information: country, payment date, amount and the last four digits of your card (only if applicable);
Click the lookup button your transaction button to verify your transaction’s status.
Warnings:
If you do not receive the email with the code, wait for a few minutes and check your spam folder. If you still have not received the code, contact us for help;
The information about your transaction’s status will only be shown in the portal and will not be sent anywhere else;
Searches are free and unlimited (without exceeding 3 searches per minute);
Remember that your information will be treated safely and with respect for your privacy. We suggest not sharing your data with anyone.
