How to Publish High-Impact Newsfeed


The newsfeed tool is a powerful way to connect with your users directly from your dashboard. With just a few steps, you can start interacting and reaching hundreds, even thousands, of users! Here’s a simple guide to get you started:

​Step 1 - Locate the Newsfeed tab in your Interaction Center



​Step 2 - Select the Newsfeed tab


Pro Tip💡
Don't forget to unpublish the Newsfeed when the information is not relevant anymore! We don't want to Hype user on a campaign that does not exist anymore. (This can be done when selecting the dots next to the newsfeed)


​Step 3 - Click on '' Create Newsfeed ''



Step 4 : Complete the required information
​- Image or Video
- Title
- Description (300 Characters)
- Link

​Step 5 - Time to Publish!



​Step 6 - Select your targeting / User that will see your Newsfeed
​- All : All the users linked to your Brand
- Specific Store(s) : Users that are in Specific stores.
- Specific Group(s) : Users that are in Specific Groups


When ready, click on Publish

​Step 7 - Review your Newsfeed or Archive/end it!
​- To review your newsfeed, you just need to click on it, Voilà!
- If you wish to end/delete the Newsfeed, you may select the three dots and archive.
