Learn how to set permission levels and see which information each role have access to.

We’re thrilled to welcome your regional representatives, store managers, and other team members to the brand dashboard. Having your team on the dashboard will significantly boost adoption and engagement. By seeing real-time updates from their stores, they can proactively support their teams more effectively.

We offer four levels of permissions (roles) for your team, ranging from Viewer (able to view information only) to Admin (full functionality, like you). Here is a breakdown of what each role can and cannot do on the web app.

We also have a Multiple Brand Access for the Sales reps that are using our platform. They can now use the same email/log in for multiple brand. Feel free to reach support for assistance at support@endvr.io

Please note that when you invite a new user to the web panel, they always start with the lowest permission level (Viewer). You can update their permissions for each brand under your company. For example, if you have multiple brands under one account, a user could be a Viewer for Brand A, but an Admin for Brand B.

Setting Permission Levels

Step 1 - Head over to Brand Settings

Step 2 - Select Members

Step 3 - Locate the user/member you need to update their role/visibility
You can now adjust the visibility for each member, deciding which stores or groups of stores they can access.

Step 4 - Select their profile access and set the visibility

Once saved, the user will only have access to the selected stores or group/s
