❗ Important note: Brands are responsible for targeting your store for live campaigns, not ENDVR.
Before we dive in, let’s clarify the difference between brand access and campaign access. Keep in mind that you need brand access to participate in their campaigns.
If a brand appears in your store but no campaign is visible, it means you’re linked with the brand. However, there are two primary reasons why you might not see a live campaign:
No live campaign from the brand: Campaign availability is decided by the brand. If you don't see any, reach out to your rep to express your interest!
Your store isn’t on the targeting list: The brand hasn’t included your store in their campaign’s target audience.
In either case, we recommend contacting your rep. They can confirm if a live campaign exists and, if so, help get your store included.

There's multiple reason why you might not have access to a campaign, which can be found below with the best course of action for each of them
Your store is not linked with the brand.
In this case, we recommend requesting to follow the brand. Here’s how you can do so, depending on your role: Sales Associates or a Manager/Store Owner
You are part of a duplicated store
This issue may arise when multiple stores share the same or a similar name. To check if there are other stores with the same name as yours, you can submit a new store request. This will allow you to identify any duplicate or similar entries.
If you find other stores with the same name, we recommend reaching out to support for assistance. You can contact them at support@endvr.io or via the in-app chat.
Your store isn’t on the targeting list
The brand hasn’t included your store in their campaign’s target audience. Please reach out to your Local Rep for assistance!

Below is a picture showing 6 brands, 5 of which have one or more live campaigns, and one (Quantumix) that doesn’t have any. This could be due to one of the following reasons:
Your store is part of a duplicated store.
Your store isn’t on the targeting list.
In this case, we recommend reaching out to your rep—specifically the Quantumix rep— to ensure your store is targeted. If your store is targeted and you still can't see the campaign, feel free to contact support.

In order to access more campaigns, your store need to be linked with the brand or brands. Here’s how you can request connection with brands depending on your role: Sales Associates or a Manager/Store Owner
Once the brand approves your request, you can connect with your local rep. They can help add your store to the targeting group for their live campaign, provided your store is eligible to participate!

Specific campaigns can be located in multiple ways, but the easiest method is by using the Brands Tab or the Search Tab.

The "Brands" tab gives you an overview of all the brands your store is connected with. Browse through the brands to ensure you follow every brand you carry in store and to access their live campaign
Step 1 - Select the "Brands" tab at the bottom of your phone.
From the Brand tab, choose the brand you're looking for to find the campaign.
Step 2 - Select the campaign you're looking for.
All live campaigns from the brand you selected will be displayed here under (See All). If the campaign you're looking for is missing, we recommend reaching out to your rep.

Search Tab
This tab allows you to search for a specific brand, Type of Campaign or Rewards.
You can either use the search bar at the top, or select one or multiple filters below (for ex.: Sales Incentive + Cash).
The results below will show you the brand's campaigns, and gives you an overview on what to earn as a reward.

Participating in a campaign has never been easier! Whether it’s a sales incentive, learning mission, or retail operations task, the same straightforward process applies. We’ve made it as simple and seamless as possible for everyone to get involved.
Step 1 - Select your campaign
Chose the campaign you want to participate in.
Step 2 - Review and Start your missions
This page not only let you start your mission, but it allows you to review the rewards and instructions.
