Submission Requirements for Receipts

To ensure a smooth review process, users must follow these requirements when uploading sales receipts to verify authenticity and minimize fraudulent submissions.

  • Store Address: Confirms that the receipt originates from a targeted store.

  • Purchase Date: Must align with the campaign’s specified timeframe.

  • Unique Invoice/Transaction ID: Ensures duplicate submission detection.

  • Full Receipt Image: Users should submit a full image of the receipt while covering any sensitive customer information.

  • Authorized Submitter: Only the sales associate who sold the product or their designated manager may upload the receipt.

  1. Ensure Clarity: Make sure the receipt image is clear, legible, and complete.

    1. Highlight the qualifiable item to ensure correct product is being reviewed

  2. Verify Information: Double-check all entered details, including pre-tax sales amount, product category, and SKU, to ensure accuracy.

  3. Conceal Sensitive Data: Hide any customer-sensitive information (e.g., name, address, payment details) before submission to comply with privacy guidelines.

  4. Check Campaign Criteria: Review the campaign notes to confirm your receipt meets all requirements, such as valid date range, eligible products, and price points.

  5. Avoid Errors: Carefully review your submission to minimize mistakes that could result in rejection.

  6. Ask for Help: If you're unsure about campaign restrictions or requirements, reach out to support for clarification.
