Adding and Removing employee from your store(s)

In the Employees tab, you can view all employees associated with your store(s), see how many missions each employee has completed, change their roles, remove them from your store, and more.

In this article, we will guide you on how to invite new employees to join your location and how to remove employees who no longer work at your store.

Head to your Employees Tab

Adding Employee

Step 1 - Select '' + Add Employee ''

Step 2 - Select the store

To invite new employees to a specific store, select the desired store from your list of locations. Please note that only one store can be selected at a time. If you need to add employees to multiple stores, you'll need to repeat this process for each store individually.

Step 3 - Add Employee

You can choose to send individual invitations or send multiple invitations at once.

Individual Invite : Enter the email address of the new employee you want to invite.

Multiple Invite : Download the template and upload your list.

Once the invitations are sent, the employee(s) will receive an email directing them to the App Store to download the app, or to the app directly if it is already installed on their device.

Removing Employee

Step 1 - Select the Three Dots

Step 2 - Blocking the User

Click on "Block" to immediately remove the user from your store.
